- Visit GST Portal which is gst.gov.in
- There are two options available for visitor one is Taxpayer (normal) and second is GST Practitioners.
- Click on Register now button.
- Select appropriate field such as I am a, State, District, Legal Name of the Business (As mentioned in PAN), Permanent Account Number (PAN), Email Address and mobile number and click on proceed button.

- Proof of constitution like partnership deed, Memorandum of Association (MOA) /Articles of Association (AOA), certificate of incorporation.
